18 St Mary’s, former school building being refurbed for foster care. This building is adjacent to a live college.

 

Client was Standage.

 

Our scope of works completed.

 

  • Loose furniture removed.

  • Soft strip back to shell

  • Plaster hacked off back to brick.

  • Side extension dismantled by hand. Which we salvaged yellow stock brick for reuse.

  • Boundary wall demolished by hand. Replaced with temporary site hoarding.

  • Slab and foundations grubbed up.

  • All waste arisings removed from site, waste segregated into correct waste streams to assist with recycling, ??% of waste avoiding landfill from the project.
