Lancebox have become industry leaders in Strip Out works for some of UK’s largest contractors in London and the Home Counties. We are experts in cut and carve, soft strip, sympathetic strip and hard strip.

Having extensive experience in Central London allows Lancebox to carry out works with minimal disruption to neighbouring businesses in occupied buildings.

Noise mitigation is applied through silent demolition techniques with the use of specialist equipment such as hand held crushing and cutting units.

Our strip out works include internal removal of partition walls, floor coverings, suspended ceilings, mechanical and electrical plant. Openings can be formed internally and externally for doors, windows, stairs and lift shafts. We are also able to undertake BWIC elements as part of our works.
