Before the main works began, Lancebox were tasked with propping areas of the basement and ground floor areas to provide additional support to a full access scaffold. Once the scaffold had been erected, we began removing over 7000m2 of EWI cladding from two adjacent residential blocks.

This project presented a unique challenge as the building remained live, with residents in place throughout the work. Our team exercised the utmost care and attention to ensure minimal disruption, maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone involved. We’re proud to have completed this project on time and to the highest safety standards.
