Cladding Removal
Background:
Following the review of cladding materials, ACM cladding on residential tower blocks is now required to be removed and replaced.
For this project Lancebox removed the cladding on 3 towers in Newham (Tanner Point, Nicholls Point and Ferrier Point). Lancebox has utilised its experience in deconstruction and dismantling to provide a comprehensive cladding removal service. Working closely with all contractors on site, we are able to carry out the works in time efficient manner, ensuring the replacement cladding can be installed without delay.
Lancebox provided waste removal for the project, and recycled materials where possible. This package integration allowed for a cost saving to the main contractor as we have our 01.1 fleet of roll on/roll off lorries and skips. The recycling of materials was achieved by separating the aluminium from the cladding system.
