Scope of works

• Full demolition of buildings including associated footings down to a max depth of 1.5 metres

• Welfare unit allowed for by Lancebox for duration of works

• Erected protection scaffolding where necessary

• Crushed all suitable material down to a 6f2 spec and left stockpiled on site

• Asbestos remediation works; removal of asbestos roof and removal of asbestos cement from ground
