Lancebox Ltd carried out strip out and demolition works on a listed building at East End House

Scope of works

• Complete internal strip out

• Full demolition of existing wings that were added throughout the 70s & 80s to the listed building

• Breaking out and removal of associated concrete slabs

• Removal of associated foundations

• Lancebox reclaimed materials such as; yellow stock bricks, roof slates, timber joists, floor boards and external windows

• Removal of all asbestos as identified within R&D survey
