Scope of works

• Removal of mezzanine to unit 3 including side wings

• Removal of plant that became redundant as part of mezzanine removal

• Stripping out; lightweight partitions, floor finishes, ceiling finishes, raised access flooring and services in within floor and ceiling voids to office areas
