Cladding Removal

Background

Lancebox Ltd carried out the cladding removal of Notting Hill Genesis, Stockwell for Engie.

Scope of works

• Removal of 3500m² terracotta external cladding including framing and making good of brick work behind, allowing for the new cladding system to be installed by others

• During the removal works, tenants remained in situ. This required Lancebox Ltd to work closely with the resident liaison officer for Engie to ensure residents were kept up to date on each stage of the project and how they were likely to be effected by our works.

• The streamlined communication executed by both Lancebox Ltd and Engie guaranteed that works were completed on time and to a professional standard with minimal disruption to the existing tenants.
