Cladding Removal
Background
Lancebox ltd carried out the cladding removal at Vineyard Heights - Mortlake for Arambol.
Scope of works
Removal of 1900m² EWI render cladding including waterproofing of brick work behind, allowing for a new cladding system to be installed by others.
As tenants remained in situ during the works, Lancebox worked closely with the resident liaison officer for Arambol ensuring residents were kept up to date at every stage of the project communicating effectively the works to be carried out and how they were likely to be affected.
Streamlined communication between Lancebox and Arambol guaranteed the works were completed on time, within a strict 15-week programme and to a highly professional standard with minimal disruption to tenants.
Lancebox provided waste removal for the project, and recycled all materials where possible. This package integration allowed for a cost saving to the client as Lancebox have a comprehensive fleet of 01.1 roll on/roll off lorries and skips.
